about
After launching last year, Estonian imprint Indivision Music is kicking off 2020 with plenty of new music in store. The latest of which comes in the form of ‘Take Me Down’. The label launched with the goal of bringing new names to the spotlight across the full spectrum of bass music, exploring sounds outside of Indivision’s home turf of drum & bass and they have already released music from Chords, Nelver, Echo Inada, Kasger, Coverk, and more since its inception. Plus, Indivision’s brainchild Seth Austin whose debut single drops at the end of January.
‘Take Me Down’ is a collaboration between label owner Indivision and 21-year-old producer Signal Craintif, this is their second collaboration. The first one, “Walk Away”, drops in the middle of February and combines Indivision’s signature illustrious chords with the French producer’s future bass and progressive house influences for a truly stunning result. Opening on an incredibly elegant, cinematic note, the atmosphere is enticing right from the start. Gentle vocals lure the listener in before the track drops into a vibrant, upbeat, 4/4 drop that is full of life.
‘Take Me Down’ is a buoyant beat comprised of cheery energy and an elegant flair which makes for one really catchy track, ideal for dancefloors and summer drives galore. Set to be a favourite amongst DJs and fans alike, the track is a strong first impression from Signal Craintif, as well as a refreshing new sound coming from the more established Indivision. These two have created such an effervescent atmosphere together that the track is a strong indication of the bright future Indivision Music have ahead, as does Signal Craintif.
Indivision is known mainly in the drum & bass circles, however, he has put out an album on Toolroom Records, his tracks have been included on the Ministry of Sound compilation albums, he has put out 3 studio albums on Subsphere Records, and if that is not enough, he has countless singles and EPs on various record labels. In the UK alone, he has gained radio support on BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 6, BBC Radio 1Xtra, Kiss, Capital FM, Kane FM. His tracks are playlisted on various Spotify Editorial Playlists and Indivision has recently given interviews in such magazines as International DJ Magazine, Your EDM, T.H.E Music Essentials and others.
