Indivision has become known for their unique blend of illustrious chords, ambient bass, and sharp drums, creating a signature sound that has brought them great success over a lengthy career. With support from Maduk, Netsky, Grooverider, and many others, the producer from Estonia has released over 100 tunes that can be heard on dancefloors across the world.
Following the release of his ‘Mirakuru’ Remix LP (featuring remixes from Rameses B, Chords, Monrroe, and more) recent ‘Vibrancy’ LP, and singles ‘Everything Will Be OK’ and ‘Mindfood’, the esteemed producer is now launching his own imprint with a new four track EP entitled ‘Purple Vision’.
The opening track, ‘Sound Pressure’, delivers ample vibrancy from the start, with an upbeat, enchanting energy that immediately draws the listener in, setting the tone for the rest of the EP. Cheerful, eclectic, and chirpy, ‘Sound Pressure’ is a shining example of Indivision’s unique sound and it’s evolution over the years.
‘On And On’ is a bright and quirky tune that pays tribute to classic dance music with chiptune vocal chops, full of equal parts adrenaline and nostalgia with an Indivision twist. Following that, ‘Game Over’ delivers a different kind of retro vibe with a bouncy, jovial nod take on the soundtracks of our youths.
The final track is a collaboration with Subsphere Records’ head honcho Moleman, the hypnotic ‘Forgotten Past’. Elegant yet energetic, the tune is the perfect end to a truly stunning EP. Indivision has proven time and time again they are a force to be reckoned with, and this latest release is no exception, and certainly begs the question of what to expect from the new label in the future.
The sound of Indivision is characterized by illustrious ambient chords mixed with polished fresh drum sounds with a strong deep foundation of warm bass. From dancefloors to chill out nights at home, Indivision brings it all.
